Andrey was the first to contact us to quote. From the questions he asked related to the job, it was clear that he understood what needed to be done. His quote was slightly more expensive than others but having read his 5 star reviews, we opted for his company. Work was to a high standard. He gave us the option of reinforcing the side fascia boards which was sound advice so although we spent a bit more, we feel this was justified. NML Contracts have demonstrated skills and initiative in dealing with the unexpected and produced a thoroughly satisfactory and pleasing result which has materially improved the attractiveness and serviceability of the house . The work included incorporating a porch into the lounge area , requiring an RSJ some 4.4m in length, In the course of construction t was found that the roof was concrete and was supported by the outer skin of the house, whereas the roof of the house was conventional timber and was supported by the inner skin. It was therefore necessary to use the RSJ to support the concrete and provide suitable timber supports for the main roof . This was done most expertly and quickly and was approved by the building inspectors. All energy conservation requirements were fully met .
