I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. If I could leave 0 I would! Ended up having to call the police after they demanded payment for a gutter they put on backwards so the drain pipe does not go into a drain but just hangs over my driveway! They broke my gate and complained they had to fix it! Tried to say it was like that! They didn't fix the leaking ones either! Got very aggressive when I said I wasn't happy about the gutter being on the wrong way and threatened to destroy more of my property. Smashed plant pots as well utterly disgusting.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. The price was reasonable We'd def use them again

S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. Nicholas worked very hard and his work is exceptional. The tiles were quite difficult to work with but he did them beautifully. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again

Fatjon did the most fantastic job installing my bespoke Plantation Shutters into the bay window of my Victorian cottage. He was punctual, considerate, polite & the level of his craftsmanship was first class. The shutters look amazing & so much better than I had expected because of his finishing touches.
