Ryan was extremely polite and very approachable. We were given the quote in person within 15minutes of Ryan assessing the job. From the time we paid our deposit our new French doors were manufactured AND fitted within 2weeks. The quality of Ryan’s work was very high and we are over the moon with the finished article. All of the window sills internally he done for me where really bad also. He did give me £100 refund. But that didnt even cover the cost for a building notice. Dave is a nice genuine fella who did go out of his wat to come back and clean windows and showed willingness. Everyone has there bad days so hopefully this was just one of Dave's. Sorry about feedback but unfortunately i choose my tradesmen via feedbacks and unfair on other people to hear all positves and no negatives
