ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. He turned up on time to start the job with all the materials he required, no money up front for materials, and he finished within the time we had agreed. the work was completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased. I would highly recommend Phillips roofing company. Reece runs his own company, he gave me a competitive quote and was happy to answer all my questions. I was looking for someone I could trust, who would be on time and most importantly do a professional job, this is exactly what you get from Reece. Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.
