George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Builder has now responded and assures me that the snagging problems will be fixed next week. I am glad that he has been in touch as I don't like giving negative feedback, but as I rely on other people's feedback feel it only fair to be as honest as possible without malice. ****Four Stars ****
