Mike has been professional, honest, polite, reliable, hard working and communicative throughout and prior to works. He has often gone over and above his remit by making constructive comments on further aspects of the work we need doing, Work undertaken required structural steels putting in place with a wall removing, in addition to a refurbished roof and a new roof construction, I would not hesitate to use Mike again and would certainly recommend.

After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. They arrived on time each time and were very tidy and considerate on site. Their work was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend Chris and Mike and would not hesitate to use again.

Found this company through rated people when I was looking for someone to clean the moss off my roof. J.Underwood roofing did great work stripping and re-rendering our bath stone property. The flat roof, also requiring attention was re-done and a new hatch fitted all with good attention to detail. Jason and his team are the kind of people you like to do business with, honest and upfront, accommodating and skilled. Would definitely recommend.
