We are very pleased with the conversion of our garage into a bedroom with en-suite shower room. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. We will be using them again soon for a larger job and would highly recommend.

Rob did a great job for us - he and his team were reliable, quick, and good fun on site, and the work sailed through its Building Control inspection. Rob made sure we were happy with everything, and we would definitely use his services again in future.

We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Not only did he do a brilliant job but he was meticulous in tidying up afterwards and always kept a smile on his face! We highly recommend Colin if you are lucky enough that he is free to do your job.

Lim and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Great price, great communication and always a gentleman. After struggling to find a decent plasterer in the past when we needed to find someone to plaster the downstairs of our house we turned to Rated People. From the start communication with C M Lambourne Plastering was simple and straightforward, and their pricing was fair and competitive. They arrived on time each time and were very tidy and considerate on site. Their work was very good and we are very pleased with the outcome. Reliable, honest and communicates well. Kevin has built a garage and single storey kitchen extension for a reasonable price. I hope to use him for other work in the future.
