Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. Paul was brilliant... Very professional and has done a fantastic job. He was very thorough and reliable, i felt very comfortable leaving him in my home while I was at work. These tradesman were brillant they work though the rain to finishing my fencing and left everything nice and tidy. I will be using them again if I need any more work done .

Dave did a great job. He came to see us and recommended an alternative plan, (which was cheaper). He arranged to do the job, arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed. Tidied up. Polite and reliable. Would definitely contact again :))

James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. He understood the requirements of the job - transforming a very ugly toilet into an inviting one - he worked very hard to meet expectations - to which he succeeded. First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. Daniel did an excellent job. There were a few issues with the base he was covering coming through the paint but this didn't cause Daniel a problem. If I'd been doing the decorating I would have been stuck, Daniel knew exactly which products were needed where and completed the job to a high standard.
