Had to ring and ask to come back as the boiler started leaking after the service was undertaken. Tradesman didnt turn up on original day agreed to remedy the leak but after a further phone call came back to remedy the leak without further charge.

James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. I would recommend him without reservation, and will definitely use him again in the future.

This was most helpful as a second opinion on poor work we had already had done by Roofmagic. The report by Tailormade has helped get the original work repaired shortly and I will certainly get another opinion after the repair has been done to find out if Roofmagic had done a better job second time around.

Very good job, new boiler and relocated he works fast and efficient very tidy. Booked us in quickly to look at the job quote was quick and boiler in within a month and made sure we knew how to use the whole system before leaving and very friendly

DP Plumbing very quick to contact me, came out and looked at the job involved, rang me later that day, I accepted the quote and he started the next day, arrived at the time he said he would, all in all he did a fantastic job, took two days to complete and cleaned up after he had finished, would definitley use Darran again if I need any plumbing work doing

I wish all our tradesmen could be as good as Jo - he's an absolute star! Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!
