My Plumbing career began as a 15 year old apprentice and now I have my own company and have built up 30 years experience in all aspects of plumbing and heating. I hold BPEC certificates in a range of categories as listed below: CCN1 - Core domestic gas safety CENWAT - Install, exchange, commission, disconnect, service, repair and breakdown of domestic gas fired central heating & hot water boilers & circulators, combination boilers, storage water heaters & instantaneous water heaters. CKR1 - Install, exchange, service, repair, breakdown & commission domestic gas cooking appliances. CPA1 - Combustion Performance Analysis Natural Gas and Liquefied Petroleum Gas HTR1 - Install, exchange, service, repair breakdown and commission domestic open balanced and fan assisted flued gas fires and wall heaters. CONGLP1PD - Changeover domestic gas to domestic LPG for permanent dwellings CONGLP1RPH - Changeover domestic gas to domestic LPG for Residential Park Homes I have been Gas Safe Registered for the past 6 years (CORGI membership previously). I am also a member of the Gloworm Club Energy scheme which entitles my customers to extended warranty when I fit a Gloworm boiler for them.

I have been working as a heating engineer for 23 years. I did a four year city and guilds apprenticeship in plumbing down in Cornwall before moving up to Yorkshire to work as a gas engineer for Leeds City Council. I went on to work at British Gas, Worcester Bosch and Ariston thermo before I set up my own plumbing and heating company which has been going seven years now. I have lots of experience in boiler repairs, boiler servicing and new boiler installations. I can also carry out official gas safety checks for house sale information packs and for landlords gas safety checks. I can install gas cookers and run gas piping. I am qualified and experienced in working on gas water heaters and gas fires and I can work on LPG appliances too. I also have extensive experience with all aspects of plumbing including fixing faulty toilets, replacing taps, fixing leaks, fitting showers. I also fit full central heating systems, including fitting all radiators, pipework, electrics and boiler. I have only just started using rated people so thats why I don't have many reviews but I can guarantee I will do a good job.
