The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Highly recommend FastFix as they resolved an issue that a previous plumber (different company) had made worse. The engineer Adam fixed the issue promptly. He also checked for any other issues before he left and also fixed a secondary issue. Adam was personable, communicative and most importantly fixed the issue.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
