They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I've changed my rating as the toilet seat that was supplied broke after a few months. Not the plumbers fault but when I contacted him he ignored me. Not great service.

He didn't have the decency to tell me he put the boiler in a different location as to what was agreed. I have had to get another tradesman in to rectify the mistake as he refused to come back. would not recommend. I later found water supply to bathroom and heating supply to same wrong way around.
