Theo was really helpful and advised us that the sink we had ordered was not compatible with our Earthstone worktop. The quote was very reasonable ( the cheapest of three quotes we received to do the job). He made the effort to come when it was convenient for us and did the job as we wanted in the time that he said it would take, Overall I was very happy with the results and Theo was a friendly, helpful person. Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.
