Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. Dan contacted me promptly after I put my required job details on rated people. (removal of old bathroom suite and old tiles then replaced them plus electric towel rail and shower). He quickly grasped what I wanted and did not put any pressure on to do any extras but offered advice where needed. He organised everything and all trades men who worked with him were polite and tidy.So very pleased with my lovely new bathroom. Happy to recommend him to people and will use him again.Thank you.

Exceptional service! We had a complete refit of our bathroom. Mario's quote was extremely competitive. Mario and his two colleagues worked hard for the 6 days and the results were exceptional. Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

If you want a proffesional, reliable builder, then look no further than Star Construction. Silvio and his team have just completed my kitchen and it is superb. The job was completed very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend using Star Construction and will be using them again to complete other projects. I feel very fortunate to have found such a fantastic builder.

Lolli did an absolutely fantastic job creating a beautiful new bathroom for our home. He worked very long hours and along with Johnny always left the site clean and tidy. We were particularly impressed with Lolli's attention to detail and perfectionism. There were several issues that came up during the process, as our bathroom is very small with wonky walls and an uneven floor but Lolli rose to the challenge and found a solution for every problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I'm already planning for him to come back and build our en-suite and install our central heating as soon as we can find room in the budget!

Patrick was always reliable and turned up on time every day. His quality of work and expertise were excellent, as was that of his team. Although the job required major renovation, the work was carried out in a clean and efficient manner with minimal disruption to ourselves. Very flexible and the renovation work was finsihed on time and within budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick at Element Home Improvements to anyone considering renovations to their home.
