I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Cannot recommend Darren highly enough. The work was done to an excellent standard. His communication was faultless. He kept us updated on progress throughout including pictures as we moved out while bathroom out of action. There were several complications due to previous botched job and old house issues but Darren dealt with them with ease. He worked flat out to get the job finished in time for Christmas. Having delay with various tradespeople who stop responding Darren was a breath of fresh air.

They came to investigate the sound of running water. The leak simply couldn't be found without ripping up large parts of the house, which we all agreed should be done by a dedicated builder instead. However the investigation was as thorough as I could have expected, they didn't charge me the full call-out as they couldn't address the problem, and were good enough to write a report for my insurance company. Very professional, will go straight back to them in future.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.
