Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

Carol and his partner are extremely professional in their approach and have very high standards when it comes to their work. Keith was unable to do repair the leak which i can understand, but he did not tighten the switch off so now the pipe next to the toilet is leaking , and really leaking not just a few drops but 2 litres per day.. I am very disappointed. What did he think on Friday? it is Tuesday now so hopefully another plumber will fix it. But honestly, I havent been able to leave the house for 4 days now. I wish i have never contacted this website
