Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

Fitted a brand new heating system for 5 bed house in a week, the plumber was really conscientious , dealt with unexpected problems sensibly and worked long hours to get the job done. Very reliable and good after care too.

Very happy with the removal of our storage heaters and installation of central heating and boiler. M D Heating were very reliable.friendly and trustworthy , we were able to leave them to get on with the job without having to keep a check , They did a good job and when there was just a small problem after completion Lee came round straight round to sort it out ! We will definitely be having them back to service boiler every year.

Good job made to drylining and tiling. Also fitted shower,washbasin and W.C. at reasonable cost.Jonn and his son worked well so that the whole project was completed in four days.

Beautifully designed kitchen, lovely people, dont think I had his top team. Had to do a lot of tidying up, removing protective edging to units, sanding down and painting round a ceiling light. They had put freezer in incorrectly, screws were too short in a door and it fell apart, a work surface had to be replaced due to warping and the new one is even worse with a chip, a split and pencil marks round it, new garden hose wrecked, used to mix concrete and spade thrown on top, used garden seats as a workbench

The gentleman was very polite from did a good job and also checked all gas pipes and made a note , or told me about the problem that he saw a very helpful would definitely recommend him to family and friends
