My company has over 40 years experience in plumbing, Heating and Drainage from the ground up, from 1st and 2nd fix building following drawings to 1mm tolerance to maintenance skills and knowledge of older systems. Our specialties are the whole spectrum of commercial and domestic services maintenance from tap washers to finding troublesome leaks. Blockages are one of our favourite plumbing issues to attend to, the satisfaction of getting your maintenance problems sorted is second to none.
I am extremely pleased with the end result of this job. It turned out to be a much larger job than expected. Carl is competent and friendly. He came out on short notice and did not leave until all the work was completed. Carl remained patient and focused His suggestion resulted in me investing in a WetVac which will come in extremely handy for future blockages. The final invoice amount came in a little higher than expected despite the bigger job at hand. Would definitely hire Carl again.

The job was never completed. I paid for the materials but Tom Edmonds never showed up on the arranged date and before that he could not complete the job because he was off sick with food poisoning.. I have chased several times but he is not replying. To this day, the job has not been completed and I haven't heard from him. I have raised this to Rated people and the Vetting & Quality team is currently looking into it.

Not happy at all. I was charged slightly over £200 for 2 hrs. The issue was not resolved in fact, it was worse than the beginning. In future would be reluctant to use this service. Quotation should be based on completed work not on hours spent when no resolution! Not professional!
