Communication to book was quick, upon booking in the date a time it went backwards. On the day of the installation I had to call up as they didn’t arrive, was advised he would be there between 12 & 2pm but didn’t so ring again to be told he would be there for 5pm. Just before 5pm they advised he wouldn’t be coming and rebooked for the following week and therefore not done for Christmas, basically a full day wasted. On the next date he turned up to say he couldn’t do it due to no correct tools.

Hi, I am an experienced, time served plumber. I approach all aspects of my work to ‘best practice’ standards. No cutting corners, no short cuts, no cheap materials. I believe that a thorough survey and effective, timely communication are the key to success and satisfaction. I am based in Partridge Green, West Sussex. But I cover a wide area from Chichester to Eastbourne, from Brighton to Redhill. I cover all nature of domestic installations (kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, extensions, conversations, en suites etc) Surveying, maintenance and repairs. Heating and hot water upgrades/problem solving, Power Flushing. Unvented hot water systems, accumulators, etc. For larger, or for more ‘involved’ projects, I work alongside a small, select team of trusted tradesmen. Victor and his team worked on the kitchen for 3 days and I hardly even noticed they were there. They were tidy and very quiet. They did exactly as they said they would and started and finished on time. Really pleased with the workmanship. The finish is a lot better than I had hoped.
