Excellent communication start to finish. Always turned up when he said, and always contactable. I was aware of what was going on at all times and made aware of different ways to do things. gave iestyn a tricky job tackling an old (450 year old) mid terrace with a rickety roof, sloping walls and 2ft thick walls. he met all the challenges, charged a fair price and got the job done. Can't ask for more.

Couldn’t be happier. Came out when another plumber couldn’t do the job. No problems at all in completing the job and wasn’t phased at all. Excellent communication throughout. Turned up on time and was very clean and tidy. Highly recommended and will be using again.

Noel did a whole list of jobs around my property when I moved in. This included making and fitting shelves into cupboards, putting up bookshelves, hanging mirrors and pictures, assembling flatpack, putting up curtain poles, mounting the tv on the wall, etc. I found him to be reliable, punctual, very precise with detail, friendly and trustworthy. I'm delighted with the work he's completed and will ask him to o any further work that comes up. I'm happy to recommend him highly.

James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. I would recommend him without reservation, and will definitely use him again in the future.

Prior to Xmas our oil fired boiler broke down. I contacted Rated People and Nash Plumbing got in touch. After discussion it was decided they quote for a new boiler in garage. I agreed with price and they could start right away. They were efficient, clean and professional. I would certainly recommend them.
