I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. Jason was professional, polite and punctual, the three main points that make all the difference. He assessed our dishwasher and gave an honest opinion and the fact it would cost more to fix than to get a new one, which we were grateful for. He then came back to replace our tap due to my own error of not leaving it at home the first day he came. So he can out in another day at our convenience to replace our tap. He did this quickly and efficiently and was very reasonably priced, 100% recommend JS Plumbing
