Philip was punctual, polite and a skilled tradesman. The kitchen fitting work was on time and on budget. The project ran smoothly and I'm really pleased with the result. I know Philip has taken some pictures and I can only hope they demonstrate his great work. I'd highly recommend him to users of this website and have already done so to my neighbours. Ryan and the team at FL Build did a fantastic job for us. Our project involved demolition work, extension and a complex refurbishment of our house over 6 months. I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.
