I was confident in David's professionalism from his first visit to assess the job. He was knowledgeable and reassuring in his approach. The attention to detail in the preparation and quality of finish has been second to none and the end result is superb and completed for a very fair price. Tim and Vincent are both friendly people and did a good job painting the render on our house, it looks great. Why only 3 stars then? Because despite promising to return and better finish the woodwork near the front door/garage door they have not returned in two months - we are guessing they will not be back but would be very pleased to change this rating when the job is finalised.

I would highly recommend Nick wise, he treats your home as if it were his, he ensures the work was of a high standard and we could not be more pleased with his work. It was finished before time. He was polite and genuinely concerned at doing the best job possible, I would be more than happy to give him the best possible reference to anyone making enquires and would certainly use him again, nice to have a decent job done for a decent price and professionally finished

Although there was a short delay in getting the work completed once the tradesmen were on site the work was completed efficiently and to an excellent standard, The site was cleared and the property secured on completion,

The work was tidy and James was able to talk me through the issue he saw and steps we would take before commencing the work, handy for long distance landlords. Timing skipped due to an medical issue.

We hired Philip to tile our bathroom and box in our bath. We are now spending the last couple of days regrouting, resealing and spent £400 on wood which hasn't been fitted flush as we'd asked. He can tile, slightly odd is his wife coming to check the grouting mid job....but wouldn't employ him to do woodwork or indeed anything technical again.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Richard came to inspect the roof on the Friday and offered to do the work over the weekend, weather permitting, for £120 inclusive of materials and labour. As Sunday was the best day for dry weather, he came around mid-morning and worked on our roof for about three hours, replacing the damaged ridge tile, reseating (cementing) the other ridge tiles, replacing moisture barrier, checking all of our roof tiles and removing and replacing a disused heating vent. Prompt, pleasant, polite, professional! Excellent!

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
