Both Martin and Lee come to my home looked at the job and gave me a very reasonable price, as a female on my own I was very concerned about having strange males in my home but I can assure you they not only put me at ease they were lovely. I had cause to call them VERY late that night they put me at ease and attended again the next day to a problem I had caused I would recommend any lone female use them.

Ubhi Developments UK Limited provided an exceptional service, worked significantly long hours to meet our deadline and delivered a service and bathrooms beyond our expectation. Most importantly, the quality of the finish was superb. Diligent tradesmen, polite, arrived on time and tidied up every evening - didn't even notice them. Highly recommend and will use again - bathrooms look amazing.

If I could add 10 stars, I would. Martyn,Russ and their team have done a First class job on my kitchen, at a reasonable all in price. All completed in about 10 working days. Martyn came and prices my job and I thought I had a good idea as to design, however his experience guided me to amendment that would enhance and improve the layout. A start date was agreed and right from the start everyone arrives on time and completed a FULL days work and no one left BEFORE the site was clean and swept. THANK YOU.

Professional Property Maintenance did a splendid job replacing my old laminate worktops with solid oak and transformed my kitchen. The work was carried out with minimum fuss and finished ahead of time .

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Although they did a good job, I had a slow leak and the shower cubicle handle has since fallen off. They came out to fix the toilet leak, but it started leaking again straight after. Never returned to do the handle as promised

A fantastic Job at a reasonable price, they were here within an hour of us posting the job today. We had guttering replaced, tiles replaced all in a day and done by 2 very nice men. We highly recommend them.

Excellent service, very quick to respond to the job enquiry, very competitive price, and excellent quality of work with minimal disruption. Polite and courteous and never tried to over sell the job, or scaremonger as sometimes happens. Finished whole job in a day and once they started work they never stopped until it was done.
