I cannot speak highly enough of the MBS team. They were everything one would expect from a service provider. They were punctual, polite, they knew what they were doing, the quality of workmanship was high, they were honest and their prices are fair. Most of all -they were reliable and clearly had our best interests at heart. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any other prospective customers. Excellent!

Was quite shocked that only one person responded and we had a good chat about what I needed and was told if I gave him my address he would come around and have a look so gave him that but he didn’t get back to me so wasn’t happy.

The work was completed the day after my initial enquiry, following the initial quote. It was on budget end efficiently carried out, with no fuss and no mess. A fantastic job by Adam who, on his own, widened existing window and door gaps, fitted new window/door, re-skimmed walls and ceilings (including removing artex and beams from the ceiling), decorated, tiled and fitted a new kitchen supplied by us (including the installation of gas hob, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher) and laid a new floor. Adam is excellent value for money and extremely reliable. Highly recommended!

We found Alwin to be a true professional, we were worried about who to use after hearing horror stories about plumbers. Alwin however put our mind at risk very quickly, and even though the job became a lot larger then initially expected he managed to finish within our timescales. Since then we have had a couple of minor issues with the bathroom, however Alwin has come over to repair them immediately which I have found very impressive. I would certainly recommend AA plumbing in the future.

Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.

Came when they said, fixed the initial problem quickly, helped to modify shelving under sink unit so we avoided more problems. Then came back to sort out another minor leak..
