I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. Matthew was the first to contact me once the ad went out. He was able to pop round the next day, source a difficult to find replacement fan, and fit it the day after he received it. And with a smile!
