I have been self- employed since 2009. I mostly do whole bathroom design and refurbishments. I also have a plasterer and electrician available to help complete any jobs. I do maintenance on all pipe work apart from gas pipes as am not gas safe registered.

His quote was very reasonable and once accepted he offered to complete the work on the same visit or another date if it was more suitable.
