Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. He understood the requirements of the job - transforming a very ugly toilet into an inviting one - he worked very hard to meet expectations - to which he succeeded. Bailey arrived on time to quote for a complete refit and layout change in our main bathroom and full refit of the en-suite. He immediately made us feel comfortable and listened to what ideas we had and explained the options which he felt would work for us. I was very impressed with Krystian, prompt contact after enquiry, was the only tradesman to actually listen to what I needed and produced a quote which met my needs fully. His price was fair and consistent, perhaps not the cheapest but I didn’t necessarily need the cheapest, I wanted the best value with quality and trust. He completed one bathroom within a month of instructing, to a high standard and we were delighted. This gave me full confidence to let the second bathroom which again was superb

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.
