Arrived exactly as promised and was extremely friendly and did a very efficient job on boiler service including replacing a graphite seal which I was unaware of the necessity of this being replaced on a regular 5 year basis. He also repaired a leak on the downstairs toilet radiator which was not charged for. More than happy to recommend James to anyone requiring a heating engineer.

The attention to details, high quality workmanship and professional expertise resulted in the job being completed to the highest level of satisfaction. A pleasure to have them working in the house. Started in the trade by carrying out an extensive British Gas apprentiship and worked for a leading Boiler manufacturer for 6 years as a Technician. Specialise in fault finding and Boiler repairs but also carry out all plumbing and gas work.

We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard.
