He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Great service and really excellent workmanship. John was very patient when we changed the design slightly and was very helpful in helping us achieve our dream shower room. From start to finish we found Chris and Michael to be polite and confident in their approach to the job, the work has been completed quickly and to a really high standard, everything added has been done neatly and they have taken into consideration our future requirements for a kitchen and ensuite we plan to fit.
