I hadn't described what I needed very well, having not had experience of renovating a bathroom/loo before, but Liam was very helpful and professional. He came out quickly for a quote then again for doing the first fix, did a great job and was very friendly! I have been self- employed since 2009. I mostly do whole bathroom design and refurbishments. I also have a plasterer and electrician available to help complete any jobs. I do maintenance on all pipe work apart from gas pipes as am not gas safe registered.

Cancelled on the day of the job, re arranged for the following week. Never showed up on the rearranged day, ignored texts and phone calls. Wasted two weeks, we won’t be able to get the job done now as we’ve run out of time.

Started the flooring in September 2024, and we communicated a lot. I asked why you were not here, I've heard every excuse possible. Now, at the end of January 2025, communication has stopped. His last request was to hire a car if I transferred money for this. I did not do this ! I am really disappointed as I gave him lots of opportunities to complete the job, there was always an excuse for no show and no communication. I have unfinished flooring, not trims at skirting and no kick plates on my kitchen units.

Energy supplier visited to inspect boiler, gas leak detected. Energy supplier advised that floor would need to come up. Sa Plumbing phoned me within 30mins of putting a job request up and attended and hour or so later. Quickly identified the source of the leak, thankfully above the floor! fast, friendly service, would use again!
