We are a small family owned firm specialising in bespoke kitchens and bathrooms. We also offer and extensive range of services including joinery, plumbing, windows & doors (upvc & wood), decoration and flooring. Commercial and private works undertaken.
James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. Andrew gave a written quote, which I thought was a little on the high side but after negotiation we agreed a price, Andy turned up on time, was diligent, clean working and thought about what was required before attacking the job, would I recommend him? yes definately, he's polite, diligent and honest.
Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!

Just had my Vaillant 831 fitted by B&K Heating LTD, turned up on time, did a fantastic job & cleaned up, worth paying a bit more & we can tell the difference in the heating & water now, don't give these guys a miss, Excellent alround.
