Called ahead to confirm the appointment. Evaluated the issue and determined that it was better not to replace the fan but put a vent. He then sent me a link to the vent to buy off Amazon. I was only charged a call out fee. All in all, very friendly and excellent service. I will use them next time I have an electrical issue to sort.

We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!

I am so pleased with Michael and Jay. They installed 2 radiators and a towel rail in my loft bathroom. They also connected the toilet waste and water. It was probably a little tricky as I had been let down by my builder and so they had to complete the second fix of someone else’s work. They arrived early and did not leave until they were confident everything worked as it should. All done in one day. They are lovely polite and friendly guys. I would hire them again. Their costs were very competitive.
