Full central heating system installed in 3 bed terrace house with all pipe work hidden under floor and tidied up as they went. 3 days of work and I never felt like I was living in a building site. Cancelled on the day of the job, re arranged for the following week. Never showed up on the rearranged day, ignored texts and phone calls. Wasted two weeks, we won’t be able to get the job done now as we’ve run out of time.

Started the flooring in September 2024, and we communicated a lot. I asked why you were not here, I've heard every excuse possible. Now, at the end of January 2025, communication has stopped. His last request was to hire a car if I transferred money for this. I did not do this ! I am really disappointed as I gave him lots of opportunities to complete the job, there was always an excuse for no show and no communication. I have unfinished flooring, not trims at skirting and no kick plates on my kitchen units.
