Posted my Job on Rate People having never used the service before. I had a call from Andy within half an hour letting me know he could repair my Gledhill boiler and that he was in my area. Very professional service and good communication. I would certainly use Kings Property Maintenance for any future jobs and would recommend Kings to anyone.

We found Mathew very pleasant , and easy to work with. We originally had Mathew quote for tiling to the bathroom , and the kitchen , and was so pleased with his work , he then continued on site to do further work for us . We would use Mathew again.

I had asked for a tradesman to replace my boiler. Paul called me and came round the same day. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained about the different makes of boiler and which type he thought best for me. His quote was excellent. Paul and his brother carried out the work and they left everything very clean and tidy. I called Paul a week or so later to ask for some advice on boxing the boiler in and he was only too happy to help. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Asked them to do a big job (over 50 Sqm including under tile heating over 4 rooms) and at very short notice and they could not have done a more efficient job. I trusted them in my house alone for the 5 days and they left it tidy and clean and we're extremely polite and helpful. They filled us in with all the details we wanted to know and we're very contactable. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

We received excellent advice from Andrew Smedley before we commited to the work, and then him and his partner Neil Dunkley completed an excellent installation with the minimum of fuss. Matt was the only tradesman to reply (thought it said at least 3 people would ! As it happens it was fine . He came and looked at the job when he said he would and kept me well informed on emails. He and his son did an excellent job with new kitchen work tops and tiling the the kitchen .All on time very clean and neat and done with a smile we would recommend him and would use him again !
