Despite assuring me that he understood how to prune an apple tree, once the work started, it became very clear that William and his helper had no idea. I ended up with the tree a good outline shape but no effort had been made to reduce overlapping branches etc. that an experienced person would have been done. He continued to ignore my requests and we parted on very bad terms.

Very gentle and caring too. When you do a good job with such great attitude, repeat business is guaranteed. I needed a flat on the first floor cleared of all furniture etc. Despite being only a one bedroom flat there was a lot of “stuff” in it. The guys arrived on time and cleared the flat quickly and efficiently. It’s unlikely I’ll need their services again for this purpose but I highly recommend them for anyone who does need a flat or house clearance. Wes, who runs the business, was really helpful.
