There was an initial misunderstanding about the items listed—specifically a sofa and an armchair—but once I showed the listing details, the team promptly removed them without issue. They did request an additional £20, but I declined as the original quote clearly reflected the job scope, and they respected that. Overall, the service was carried out efficiently.
