He came across very professional , gave a good quote and was able to fit me in a few days later. He then turned up before 7am on the day he was due to start with another lad. Paul was rude . He came without shoe cover on a wet day and stained the carpet. Despite the customer's insistence, he refused to quote price for the flat pack after viewing, saying it would be a little above £80, which was initially agreed, before he saw the chest of drawers. After the job he demanded £220 saying customer may decline, if he had told him before the job. Customer paid £195, he became verbally aggressive and began sendingrude and harassing messages demanding £25. This is deceptve .
