I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. They were supposed to clad and quoted for the membrane and relevant woodwork. However, they did not membrane, simply banged up cladding over rotten wood. When questioned they said it wasn't necessary to membrane. They then changed their mind and decided to membrane from the inside which was an impossible task. They then disguised their work internally.

The manager calls up saying you'll be paying when no contract was signed. If I get a cheaper quote I'll take it. If the person on the phone that I spoke to explained that they will be booking skips then I would off said I'll get back to them. But the manager was talking to me like he's some east London gangsta and if I don't do what he says he'll do me in. I had to block him as he was harassing me.
