Phil did a fantastic job on not only helping to cut back the overgrown trees & bushes and removal of items (wood store, composter, etc), but also built a fabulous herringbone brick pathway so I can more easily wheel my rubbish bins out to the street. However would not snag minor items saying holes were not filled as needed silicone so he did not do them . asked him for a list for of materials and bought what he asked for …He never asked for silicone . now have to try and do it myself which defeats the object of employing a professional . He also was reluctant to work around furniture and quite unresponsive when asked to remedy things . Overall though a good job if he could address these minor issues he could be 5 *
