AVOID ! At all cost, honestly getting flooring done is so expensive and this company came ruined my new purchase herringbone flooring by laying it completely wrong! They don’t know what they are doing and have no skill. They are messy dust everywhere my walls sofa cushions, curtains everything is a mess. I stopped them and told them not to come back after paying an initial £600 wish I never paid anything now going to open a dispute. Awful is me being nice avoid these people!

As Sam only had one rating I was reluctant to hire Sam. He did the job & now the boiler works. My husband was a builder before retiring & I am used to sending out an invoice & waiting up to a week before bothering people with demands for payment. Very helpful, respectful, informative and honest. Was able to come and give us a quote very quickly which was reasonably priced. Additional work's were identified which also felt reasonably priced based upon similar quote. The leak's were fixed along with the chimney and lots of cement/pointing work. When I asked for additional photographs of completed works, James came around again to take photographs to show me how he had fixed the works. Would definitely recommend.
