I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

There was a water pipe problem at an HMO that I own and water was leaking from under the sink. After calling a number of plumbers no one could attend for two days. I contacted Rated Trades who passed me onto Plumb London. They attended the same day and fixed the problem in under an hour. The plumber was friendly. helpful and experienced. Solomon replied to my ad very quickly which was great and he managed to get the heating working in my flat, which it hadn't been. However, the fault light on my boiler came back on shortly after he left and he hasn't been able to provide a report on what issue needs fixing for me to be able to follow up on. He also wouldn't pre confirm an hourly rate or agree costs upfront. He was however very friendly and helpful, if he can provide a report and rectify the issue then I'd happily use him again.
