Dimitar has done a brilliant job. He is a well organised, highly skilled craftsman who takes care about his work. He doesn't take any shortcuts, he goes back to the basics and builds it up - although this takes a little longer the end result is very high quality. He checked all the details with us from the handle positions to the way the doors open. He had good innovative solutions to two difficult issues. Hi I'm a time served bricklayer, with 40 years experience, I have been self employed for the last 38 years and have never really been out of work but moved to Norfolk from Essex a couple of years ago and I am now looking for local work. Victor and his team worked on the kitchen for 3 days and I hardly even noticed they were there. They were tidy and very quiet. They did exactly as they said they would and started and finished on time. Really pleased with the workmanship. The finish is a lot better than I had hoped.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
