Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! From the moment Leon started talking about his passion for carpentry, we knew he was the man for the job. Leon did a sterling job on our fitted wardrobe. Couldn't have asked for me. He researched different styles and did most of the messy work in his own house and then bought the wood over ready to assemble in our home. Thanks Leon! Will be asking Leon to work on some shelving and a summer house next!

This was my first job through Rated People and the experiance was smoth and hassel free. As indicated by the posted rating every thing carried out smoothly and efficiently. Barry arrived at the arranged time, offered me advice on the most efficient way to fix the broken fencing in my garden, offered a quote and agreed a date and time to do the work. He demonstrated care towards my property, worked hard and completed the work, cleaned up and removed the rubbish as promised.

Chris and Arron worked extremely hard - in horrible weather and even though the job was harder than they anticipated - actually reduced the price, as a particular piece of equipment wasn't needed. Excellent work

Kevin was very prompt in the follow up to the enquiry, quote and following up with a referral. He did a very good job of erecting steels for the repositioning of an internal wall, rebuild of new wall. he was on time and job went without any issues. Will use Kevin again for sure...

Andrei and his brother fitted our fence/gate and repaired our front wall. He is very professional and listened to our sugessions. He communicates very well and it has been pleasure having him to do the work for us. He clearly has lots of experience and I would have no problem hiring him again.

Mark and the team were a great team and work hard, with some good banter along the way. The patio is hundreds of times better than what we had. My only slight negative would be Conor watch those spacings / gaps between the slabs.

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. Absolutely thrilled with the service. I requested my tree to be removed leaving a stump & everything to be taken away. Very helpful with any questions I had. The two guys were so professional and I am so glad I went with them.

The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

I would highly recommend Stan. He has done an amazing and fantastic job in fitting in a new kitchen for my parents. He was friendly and professional through out the work he carried out.
