Kenneth and his son did an amazing job taming our unkept garden. They got rid of rubbish asked us midway during the job if things were okay. They did front and back and were so professional and friendly. He also gave us very good advice on how to maintain particular part of the garden too. Very good value for money we had a massive garden which took all day to do. Will definitely be using them in the future.

I was at a very early stage of planning the work and arranging budget. QB Builders called round and were very helpful in letting me know about building regulation requirements and potential cost. Work not yet begun. Still planning

Responded quickly and re-decorated our lounge in a day. Very good standard of workmanship, and a nice, genuine lad as well. Already booked to do more work in the new year. Excellent all round.

Joe gave me a quote for removal of 5 small stumps. He initially quoted £450 saying it was back breaking work and may take 2 days. I said I couldn't afford it he eventually agreed £300 I was still hesitant but he was very persuasive and went off to get his van and tools. He returned and within half an hour had dragged them out with his van, no backs broken. If he is experienced he knew that he would be able to do this. So I basically paid £600 an hour for a half hr job. Did also mend our chainsaw. Expensive

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.
