A couple of hours after starting the job he informed me that he had to add £300 to the price. He did the job ok. shame about the price.

Matt replied promptly. Came when he said he would. Did what he said he would. I will definitely use him again. I marked down from excellent on value merely because he was more than the person we used for the last 5 years.... who maybe should have increased his prices!! Likeable. Willing. Hard worker.

Stewart did a wonderful job with our bespoke lounge bookcases and built in cupboards. We had a few specific requirements (such as fitting a vinyl player on the space above the cupboard!) and he listened to what we wanted and built it. Stewart had lots of great ideas on how to maximise our space and we're really happy with the outcome. The units have made our lounge! I would highly recommend Stewart's work. Arrived on time, did a serious and good quality job (knock down and rebuild front garden wall). Very nice and polite person who knows his job. Left the place nice and clean. I'm very pleased with D C Brickwork & Property and recommend it!

Mike has been professional, honest, polite, reliable, hard working and communicative throughout and prior to works. He has often gone over and above his remit by making constructive comments on further aspects of the work we need doing, Work undertaken required structural steels putting in place with a wall removing, in addition to a refurbished roof and a new roof construction, I would not hesitate to use Mike again and would certainly recommend.

We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Not only did he do a brilliant job but he was meticulous in tidying up afterwards and always kept a smile on his face!
