Kareen was polite and professional, she came to look at the job and quote, arranged a time and was very prompt. Her work was excellent and she left the house in a very good state. I would highly recommend her. She mainly travels by bike and prefers to use your tools, brushes etc if possible which in our case was fine, however if you don't own any tools you will have to make this clear up front.

Jamie and his colleague did an excellent job for us. (April ) They supplied and painstakingly fitted six internal doors, fitted a new garage side door and mended our back gate. Arrived promptly and were extremely polite courteous and tidy - working with barely a break for two days! Excellent price. Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. They are very clean and professional. Installation was excellent and solid. Due to their reliability, I would definitely use them again. Thanks Lola

Zoltan was great. He took the time to design and plan with us, had a lot of patience for working out the detail... he was very clear in giving us timing brackets and delivering within that time. He loves what he does, and that is very visible in the quality of the carpentry and joinery he delivers. We would definitely recommend him to anyone as we are very happy with the results.

Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. He worked long hours and always cleared up after himself. Marcel is friendly, honest and hardworking. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. We will be using Marcel again for other jobs.

Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.
