Coming after a bad experience with a very slow tradesman, it was such a relief and pleasure to deal with Dave Ellingford. From initial quote to completion of job he was absolutely reliable and a good job was done by his friendly guys in an unbelievably quick time. Dave was responsive to our circumstances and communication was easy and efficient. Totally recommend and will definitely ask Ellingford Plasterers again.

Jamie and his colleague did an excellent job for us. (April ) They supplied and painstakingly fitted six internal doors, fitted a new garage side door and mended our back gate. Arrived promptly and were extremely polite courteous and tidy - working with barely a break for two days! Excellent price. We can wholeheartedly recommend JPO maintenance and indeed are calling upon their services again very soon. Thank you The Mason family

Paul and his team were fantastic. My wife and I have always been a bit apprehensive about having people in our house when we are out, but we had no worries with Paul and his team. They were very hard working, reliable and trust worthy. I would absolutely use them again as the quality of what they have done is outstanding. They take pride in their work and it shows as they always made sure they cleared up at the end of each day. Thanks guys, the basement looks incredible.

The job was executed efficiently and effectively. As it was a roof job, pictures were given to me before the job to explain the work needed, and afterwards to assure me it had been carried out as planned. Very tidy and would use again if needed.

Luke communicated efficiently at every stage in our effort to bring our communal hall up to present fire regulations. His working knowledge of what would be required was invaluable. The quotation was comprehensive and a fair price. The work which was carried out over several days was excellent & carried out in a professional manner. Andrei and his father built some shelves in my lounge and fixed, patched-up and repainted my kitchen ceiling. I was really impressed with both jobs. The shelving looks excellent and is exactly what I wanted. The ceiling was done really professionally and looks even better than I was expecting. They arrived on time and worked really hard all day and were very friendly and personable. Also good on price. Highly recommended.

Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. They are very clean and professional. Installation was excellent and solid. Due to their reliability, I would definitely use them again. Thanks Lola
