Really dug us out of a hole by rectifying substandard and incompleted garden project started by another trader. Terry was excellent in all respects with fantastic attention to detail and a real can do attitude, always willing to go that extra mile with regard customer service. Workmanship was of the highest standard and he maintained open lines of communication at all times which kept us reassured. Highly recommended and the first person we will call for all future work. We have been very pleased with the renovation work done by Waycon. You need a good relationship with your builder in taking on ideas and not being afraid to ask questions. We have exactly this with Steve and James, a great job done with precision and thought. We now have garages which are an asset to the neighbourhood with several enquiries from passers by as to who had done the work - in itself a tribute to the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Waycon.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Paul has been absolutely brilliant! He has transformed our garage to a lovely bedroom and created a new shower room between the house and garage for my mother in law - 5 weeks and just a bit of touching up to complete the work. His pricing has been fair and his work is definately up to scratch. Very tidy and a pleasure to have araound the house - I have no hesitation in recommending him for other tasks.

Excellent precise and very gifted. Costs are very reasonable. This man is full of fun and enthusiasm. A top class job done on. Covering an old 1930 type fireplace. Also built an outdoor wood store which is top class and brilliantly built. Also headed a complete doors set in my hallway. Excellent work and would highly recommend..his work is outstanding top class.
