Came out to quite rapidly and price seemed decent. So many reasons not to make agreed time to do work across a month, until I finally gave in trying to get him to do the work. Me chasing night before to be told wouldn’t be there next day, as opposed to him letting me know.

Adrian, Will and Matty have left today. The job is lovely, really pleased. Adrian came and gave a quote which included the removal of flags and replacement drains and Indian stone flags. Good value for what we had been quoted by others. Good communication between Adrian and ourselves on every aspect. Something that others fail abysmally on. The bricklayer did a great job too of the retaining walls. We would highly recommend Lees Drives to anyone requiring this type of work. Great job.

Unreliable, unscrupulous and unprofessional. This tradesperson should not be listed on Rated People. I wish I had never chosen this company, which has neither finished the job, nor refunded £700 that they owe me. The quality of the work is deplorable. I have no invoice, no VAT number, no guarantee, and they are NOT listed as a Ltd company with Company House.

Haven't stuck to their word, took payment, haven't finished the job, didn't turn up at the times they, didn't bring correct equipment, left the difficult to reach part of the wallpaper, why take on a job you can't do. The woman who came to the house on the last day wasn't the one I dealt with via rated and she told my mum to 'piss off'. Tried ringing Shantelle Maughan, wouldn't answer, seems to have blocked me on WhatsApp. Happy to update this review if they come back and finish job.
